SUNDAY EVENING WORSHIP

STUDY SERIES SUNDAY PM
OUR CHURCH AND OUR INTER-CULTURAL CONTEXT
Next session:    Sunday 1 August   Special Guest: Uniting Church Sri Lankan Minister,
Rev. Dev Anandarajan, Synod of VicTas’ Intercultural Leadership Development Team
Leaders: Rev Julie, Rev Semisi and Ian McKinnon
Zoom access meeting ID: 863 4496 3833 (no password required)

The meeting room will be open from 5:45pm. This is the final session in a series based on the set of 8 bible related studies published by the UCA Assembly titled VISION OF A MULTICULTURAL CHURCH. (Available from the Assembly web-site).   The studies are important to our congregation given the mix of cultures in our local area and the way our church is likely to grow. Each week we will be inviting a special guest from a  different cultural background so that we might better understand firstly, how our Christian faith practices both align and differ. Secondly, to share how our guests  experience living in our neighbourhood. As Semisi said in one of the planning  meetings “This topic is important for the future of our congregation.” Any queries  contact Ian McKinnon phone 9807 2663 or email Ian.Frances@bigpond.com
